Bellows Gate Valve
A bellows valve is an industrial valve that uses a bellows element to create a seal. The construction of a bellows valve typically includes a valve body, a bonnet or cover, a stem, a handwheel or actuator, and the bellows element itself.
Bellows elements are typically made of metal, such as stainless steel, and are designed to flex in response to changes in pressure or temperature. This flexibility allows the bellows element to compensate for thermal expansion and contraction as well as pressure fluctuations while maintaining a tight seal.
