Slab Gate Valve Manufacturer
The SJ Slab Gate Valve is a full-bore gate valve with an OS&Y rising stem, floating seat and gate valve, pressure actuated, providing bubble-tight shutoff both upstream and downstream at both low and high pressure differentials. Dual block and bleed capability and automatic relief of excess body pressure are standard features of this seat design. The smooth, continuous bore minimizes turbulence inside the valve, and when in the open position it produces a pressure drop equivalent to a portion of a pipe of the same length and diameter. The seat surface is external to the flow and is therefore protected from the erosive effects of the flow. Pigs and scrapers can pass through the valve without damage.

OS&Y outside screw & yoke structure provides visual stem position to indicate valve opening status. Equipped with bottom drain plug for cavity venting and draining. Widely applied in long‑distance oil & gas transmission pipelines, refineries and petrochemical plants, this valve provides reliable tight‑shut‑off performance for critical process pipelines.
