What does a vacuum regulator do?

A vacuum regulator adjusts its opening to keep the vacuum pressure at a consistent level. When conditions in the vacuum system fluctuate due to changes in load, temperature, or other process parameters, the vacuum regulator opens or closes just enough to maintain the vacuum level precisely required for the process.

The GDQ-J/S type pneumatic high vacuum baffle valve controls the movement of the cylinder by changing the direction of the air path through an electromagnetic reversing valve to open and close the valve, thereby connecting or cutting off the air flow in the vacuum pipeline. The applicable medium is pure air or non-corrosive gas. High vacuum baffle valves can be divided into two types according to the shaft seal structure: GDQ-JS rubber shaft seal and GDQ-J/S (B) bellows shaft seal. According to the conduction form, it can be divided into GDQ-J, which is the angle pass type, the bellows is divided into hydraulic and welding options, and GDQS, which is the tee form with pre-axis port and can be equipped with a signal feedback device.
