Today, a batch of industrial screw pumps meticulously designed and manufactured by our company officially completed all production processes and rigorous performance testing. They were loaded onto trucks at the factory and shipped to the project site of a large paper mill in Kazakhstan. Precision Assembly of Core Components: Strict Tolerance Control Ensures Stable Operation
- The core of a screw pump lies in the precise fit between the rotor and stator. During assembly, our experienced technicians rigorously re-inspect every core component.
- Rotor and stator profile matching: The rotor is made of high-strength, wear-resistant stainless steel, precision-machined by a CNC screw grinder, achieving surface hardness and roughness that meet design specifications; the stator uses a highly elastic, wear-resistant special rubber compound.

Fine-tuning of interference fit: During assembly, technicians strictly control the interference fit between the rotor and stator. Specialized assembly fixtures ensure the rotor's axial alignment within the stator, minimizing friction loss and vibration during operation.
Performance testing before shipment is a crucial aspect of quality control. All pump sets undergo 24-hour continuous pressure stabilization testing on an intelligent testing bench, with the test pressure reaching 1.5 times the rated operating pressure. The testing system monitors and records core parameters such as pump flow rate, pressure fluctuation curves, bearing temperature, and motor power in real time, ensuring that each unit has sufficient design redundancy and safety margins.
