Triple-Offset Soft-Sealing Structure
The butterfly valve's triple-offset soft-sealing structure uses an innovative asymmetrical design. By precisely offsetting the valve stem and combining it with a unique conical sealing surface, the valve achieves frictionless opening and closing. As it closes, the rigid and elastic composite valve seat progressively forms a wedge-shaped compression, ensuring a bidirectional zero-leakage seal.
High-Performance Nickel-Based Alloy Material
The valve's sealing ring is made from a special nickel-based alloy that offers superior strength, corrosion resistance, and fatigue resistance at extreme temperatures, ranging from 650°C to 800°C. The material forms a dense oxide film that protects against corrosive substances like sulfides and chlorides, ensuring the valve maintains a zero-leakage seal even in high-pressure, high-temperature, and corrosive environments.
Laser Cladding Reinforcement Process
This process uses a high-energy laser to melt and deposit an alloy powder onto the valve's sealing surface, creating a high-performance coating. This advanced technique provides several key benefits:
