Four way ball valve, designed for use as three-way selectors (T-bore, X-bore, 90° operation) for hydraulic applications for hydraulic applications and Multi-way valve with trunnion-style ball.4 way ball valve with threaded ends and L-L or double L ports are commonly used port configurations. This type of valve is used when a valve is required to perform two quarter-angle turns simultaneously. These valves always have two inputs and always have two outputs at any given time. In order to achieve this, the ball contained inside the valve is painstakingly machined.
- It completely seals with the use of pressure-activated seals.
- To restrict the range of motion between the valve’s open and closed positions, a limit mechanism is included in the handle.
- A lock hole is provided in the limit block for locking the switch position when the valve is used on a key device to prevent accidental activation. The switch’s on/off handle is properly labeled.
- lA flat key, spline, or square key connects the valve stem to the handle, allowing for easy disassembly and reassembly and high levels of adaptability. A mechanism to prevent blowouts is built into the valve stem.
- Braided, flexible graphite sealing rings or tetrafluoride sealing rings make up the packing of the valve, allowing the valve stem to achieve dependable sealing under certain lubrication conditions.
- Different variations of the sealing pair exist.
